Returns & Refunds
At Bowen, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
To start a return, email contact@bowenarchive.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
2. Return Conditions
You may try on items as you would in a physical store. Please return them in their original packaging where possible.
You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
We will provide return instructions and the return address by email. Please contact us before sending your return.
4. Refunds
We will refund eligible payments, including the original standard delivery cost where required by law, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact contact@bowenarchive.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights, including the applicable two-year right to complain about defects, remain unaffected.
