We carefully prepare and pack each order before shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from Denmark to destinations available at checkout.
Our estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Other international destinations, where available: 5–14 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking information where available.
5. Delays & Delivery Issues
Delivery can occasionally be delayed. If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, please email us so we can help. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. International Orders
Orders outside the EU may incur import duties, customs fees and local taxes. Any charges collected by Bowen will be shown at checkout; other import charges may be payable on delivery.
